      • Evaluation Period: We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate our SaaS product during the 30-day refund period. This will help us understand any specific issues you may have encountered and improve our product for future customers.

      • Refund Criteria: Our refund policy ensures a hassle-free experience with a 30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked.

      • Exclusions: Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

      • a. If you have violated our terms of service or any applicable laws while using our SaaS product.

      • b. If you have already used our SaaS product for more than 30 days.

      • c. If the refund request is made after the 30-day refund period has expired.

      • Refund Amount: If your refund request is approved, we will refund the full amount you paid for the subscription to your original payment method. Please note that any associated transaction fees or charges imposed by your payment provider may not be refundable.

      • Subscription Cancellation: Once the refund is processed, your subscription to our SaaS product will be automatically canceled. Consequently, you will lose access to both the product and any related services.

    Security policy

    When paying for an order with a bank card, payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page of the processing system that has passed international certification.

    This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) do not enter the online store, their processing is completely protected and no one, including our online store, can receive the client’s personal and banking data.

    When working with card data, the information security standard developed by the international payment systems Visa and Mastercard-Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is used, which ensures the secure processing of the details of the Holder’s Bank Card.

    The applied data transmission technology guarantees security for transactions with Bank cards by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verifiedby Visa, Secure Code protocols, and closed banking networks with the highest degree of protection.
